Return refund policy

At Lazy Days (a part of Pronto Digital), we want you to love your T-shirt purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you can request a return within 5 days of receiving it. To ensure a smooth return process, please keep the packaging and order details handy.

To initiate a return, simply send the T-shirt back to us using a cost-effective courier company or registered post. Once we receive the returned product at our warehouse and verify its quality, we'll start processing your refund.

Please note that the return shipping process may take 5-7 working days, and there might be additional delays due to current pandemics or other restrictions. However, we assure you that the whole refund process will be completed within 7-10 working days from the time you request it. The refund will be made to your original mode of payment, with the shipping charges deducted from the original amount.

To facilitate the return process, kindly ensure the following guidelines are met:

The T-shirt must be unused, unwashed, and still have its labels and tags intact.

The item should be returned in its original packaging, along with the bill copy, within 5 days of delivery.

If the package you receive is in poor condition, tampered with, or damaged before you open it, please inform the delivery person, and they will take it back.

Please be aware that Custom Orders and products bought during special offers are not eligible for return or replacement.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged T-shirt, please send us an email at contact@lazydays.in with the details, and we'll promptly look into the issue and get back to you. To facilitate the return process, don't forget to mention your contact details and Order number when sending the T-shirt back to us. Kindly bear the postal charges for returning the products.
